For your face: Apply 3-5 drops of Face Hero after your cleansers/serums and before your SPF/makeup.

For your body: Lather Oil Over on your bump, butt, boobs, and anywhere else that looks thirsty (don't forget your elbows!).

For your nausea: Keep crackers close by at all times.

In the PM!

Fresh out of the shower, lather Oil Over on your bump, butt, and boobs.

Once your body is cared for, massage 3-5 drops of Face Hero across your face, neck, and chest.

Finish by asking your partner for a foot rub. And Iced Vo Vos.

    Perfect spoils kit for a new mumma

    Love the face oil and feel decadent whenever applying it. While the body oil is also lovely, the scent is not my favourite but stills feels luxurious going on
