Good sleep is like good skin. It loves routine. And establishing a consistent bedtime routine can help signal to your busy mind and tired bod it's time for bed. 

How do you do that? With a very useful, very cute punch card that rewards your loyalty to a sleep routine.

Our design elves have created six punch cards options to help you set a consistent bedtime routine. Prizes for completing are fiercely encouraged. 

Let's Go-To Sleep:

  1. Download this pdf
  2. Print it off. (Or pester your friend/coworker/neighbour who has a printer to do it for you.) Make sure to set it to 'Double-Sided' and 'Landscape'.
  3. Cut your cards of choice.
  4. Get punching. (Or stamping/marking it off with a pen.) (We won't tell.)
