After seven exceptional years of our community proving they are The Best, we’ve created a program to reward them for their fierce passion, loyalty, and magnificent taste in skin care.

It brings us enormous delight to share that the Go-To Gang - this brand new loyalty program we’ve just been bragging about - launches internationally today. To welcome it to our peachy world, we’re going to give you a quick run-down of everything you need to know.
What actually is it?
The Go-To Gang is a loyalty program designed to reward and delight our magnificent Go-To community with exclusive perks, special gifts, surprises, Money-Can’t-Buy-Merch, and top-secret offers.
There’s no complicated points system, just four easy-to-navigate tiers, based on lifetime spend. (Which means every drop of Face Hero has been noticed.) (In, like, a totally non-creepy way.)
How do I become a member?
All you need to do is create a Go-To account (here!) If, on the other hand, you already have a Go-To account (clever!) you’re already in the Gang! Grab a croissant and make yourself at home.
I’ve been a Go-To fan since 1879. Will my past orders count towards my tier?
Sure will. Your level is based on how much you’ve spent in total at Go-To over the last seven years. That means every single order you've made with the email address you sign up to the Go-To Gang with will be counted and rewarded. As it should be.
Will I get anything for joining?
Ooooobviously. Each level has access to a range of Go-To rewards. (There is a full breakdown on each of the four tiers and their rewards right here.) And that’s it! Hahaha. Just kidding. Every time you move up a tier you will receive a very special, very exclusive welcome gift to celebrate your new level.
You will also receive the ability to brag to your IRL friends about your fancy new Go-To perks. Lucky you!!

Will you send me a gift on my Birthday?
Absolutely. We’re not monsters. We understand the importance of birthday presents. Which is why we’re gifting all members of our Go-To Gang to a Go-To voucher to celebrate your day month right. All you need to do is sign up (duh), let us know your birthday, and we’ll do the rest.
How can I move up a tier?
Lavish bribes are always worth a shot. Alternatively, you will automatically be moved up a level according to how much you spend.
