The wind, rain and seemingly sub-zero temperatures don’t stand a chance against these hard working formulas. Sure, with cooler temps comes cute winter outfits (hello, knee-high boots and blazers) and an excuse to wear Ugg boots in public but, unfortunately for many of us, it can also wreak havoc on our skin.
